Friday Apr 2 Today is "Good Friday" or "Fast Day" as some prefer to call it. Our York St Store closed at noon, but we kept open all day at Chapel Street, we do this on account of the Department Stores keeping open all day. We were quite busy selling Easter Cards and Pictures. Sarah came up home from New York this morning and attended the Three Hour Service at Trinity. Bishop Brewster conducted this Service. The weather has been fine today but very cold and promises rain for tomorrow. Harley went to Springfield store today, this is not a Holiday in Massachusetts, hence the Stores there will be open.
