Monday Apr 19 Today the Second Company Governors Foot Gaurds held their annual Powder House Day celebration, being the one hunderd and fifty first anniversary. Being invited I celebrated with them. Lunch at the Hotel Gardes. Parade, Church Service at Center Church, Retreat on the Green, Banquet at Hotel Taft at night. Governor Trumbull of Connecticut, Mayor Tower of New Haven and other guests were in attendance.
