Tuesday Aug 3 T.P.H. and I ate breakfast at the Augusta House Augusta. We then went up to Grace Whitney Williamsons house for Sally. Left Augusta in the Packard drove through Portland ME and along the shore. Had lunch at Old Orchard Beach, drove over to Dover N.H. to call on Charles D. Peck (T.P.H. brother). He was not at home but his wife and three children were there. Had a nice visit with them. It gave T.P.H. and Sarah a chance to get reacquainted with these relatives. Drove from Dover to Portsmouth N.H. and then along the shore to Rye. North Beach N.H. were we stopped for the night at the "Harrington" hotel. A very lovely place on the ocean. Met Fred Cowles and his wife here from Wallingford Rotary Club. drove 152 Miles today and am rather tired.
