Saturday Dec 25 Christmas Day. It is a crystal world this morning after the ice storm of last night. Betty Beele called to see Sally and brought her a gift. She is just as sweet as ever. I drove over to Fair Haven and brought Father and Mother over to dinner. T.P.H. had her usual good dinner for us all and we enjoyed it to the full. She didn't however has she had one of her bad headaches. Poor Dear. Sally and I took Father and Mother home then drove down to West Haven to see Harley and his family. On the way back we called at the Taft Apartments to see Aletha Stone and the baby who were visiting her mother, Mrs Knapp. Spent the evening at home, having supper in front of the fire.
