Thursday Feb 4 At Philadelphia attending the Convention of Master Painters (see Feb 3rd). Still snowing but does not make very fast. All day Conference of Committees of Wall Paper Manufacturers Association. Wholesalers Assn and a committee from the Master Painters associon, to try and overcome faulty distribution of Wall Paper. All had lunch together. Very harmonious meeting. Big banquet at night. 750 sat down, in ballroom of Hotel Benjamin Franklin. Terrific snow storm in New England. Drifted badly. Very high wind.
