Sunday Jan 3 To Church and Church School at Calvary Baptist Church. Rev Harold Camp and his wife were given the right hand of fellowship by Prof William Lyon Phelps of Yale, also a deacon at Calvary. The day has been beautiful just like a Spring day. Violette, Clayton Richmond, and Lota Curtiss to see our new home. Richmond returns to the University of Vermont tomorrow where he is a Freshman. Harley, Lois Franklin, and Mrs. S. B. Smith also called this afternoon. Mr and Mrs Gere our next door neighbors came in with Betty Jane. Larry and Aletha Stone called in just as Sarah was leaving to take the train for New York to go back to school.
