Friday July 16 T.P.H. and I still in Philadelphia. Wall Paper Mens meeting this A.M. at Hotel Benjamin Franklin. This afternoon the whole group, Manufacturers and Wholesalers, went out to the Sesqi-Centennial exposition and particularly to see the Wall Paper House arranged to display Wall Paper as an Industry. The erection of the House was in charge of John Whitwell and Louis H. Chase and they have done a wonderful job, bringing Wall Paper before the Public in a very pleasing and forceful manner. The Wholesalers tendered a dinner to the Manufacturers a dinner at the Hotel tonight to which the ladies were invited. Both dinner and entertainment was very enjoyable.
