Monday July 19 In New York at Hotel Commodore. T.P.H. and I had breakfast here. She went shopping and I went to work looking at the various lines of Wall Papers. Later in the day T.P.H. went home to New Haven and Harley joined me in New York as also did our Mr Chamberlain. We looked at the line of The Robert Graves Co. Their showing is much improved over previous years. The Wall Paper Manufacturers tendered a dinner to the Distributors tonight in the Ball Room of the Hotel. It was a very enjoyable affair. The Manufacturers also presented to John Whitwell and Lewis Chase a fine set of Golf Clubs and Bag as a testimonial for the great rendered by them in their work of producing the "Wall Paper House" at the Sesqui-Centennial exposition. Weather very warm. [Prev](1926_07_18.md) - [Next](1926_07_20.md) <img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/d/1sSoa7o_dZz1C1TP4eYXGdWCysoHKSwlz">
