Saturday July 24 On the job at the York Street Store this morning. Feel rather low after the heat wave. Had a terrific head ache. found things had gone along in my office quite well under Miss Memmotts guiding hand. Closed at one o'clock. Had lunch at home and spend the afternoon and evening at "Glendean", resting up after a strenous week.
