Thursday June 3 We were to go to Brooklyn today to the wedding of Ralph Lankler but Sarah felt so badly over the tragic death of Katherine Bishop that we did not go. I worked at our Chapel Street store on picture for our closing out sale. Took our Packard Car away from the paint shop today. Had it repainted after using it just three years.
