Wednesday June 16 Sight seeing in Philadelphia today visiting Independence Hall and other places of interest. Also visited Wannamakers wonderful store. As the special train bearing the Company will not leave till 1-45 A.M. tomorrow morning Mayor Ballmann, Mayor Beers and I left for home on the regular train at 5 P.M. Daylight Saving time, arriving home about 9-30. It was a very wonderful trip. We learned much history about our Country, which we had forgotten since school days.
