Saturday Mar 20 Breakfast in town this morning household all in after last night. Attended funeral at Beecher and Bennett Parlors, Broadway and Howe Street, of Percy B. King lately living in Stanford Conn. "Pete" as we affectionately called was a member of the New Haven Grays having enlisted under me in 1921 when we were forming up the New Company for the new regiment. He was a fine fellow and faithful Comrade. He leaves a young wife and young baby. Sarah at home. Nat Noble of Yale called. They both went over to Spring Glen Club to a dance.
