Monday May 3 Took Sarah in to the Eight o clock train for New York. Spent all the morning at Elks Hall dismantling our "Boys Hobby Exposition". Took the Packard to Armstrongs Paint shop to be repainted. To the Shubert tonight with T.P.H.. to see William Hodge in "The Judges Husband" really thought it was the weakest thing I have ever seen him in. Heavy Shower came up and we got pretty wet on the way home. Big strike tieing up all industry started in England today beginning with the miners and spreading to other unions.
