Saturday May 8 Beautiful day again but still very cool, we are still running our furnace fire. Yale - Pennsylvania - Columbia Regatta on the Housatonic at Derby. Reported 7000 people there. Columbia won the freshman race. Pennsylvania won the Junior varsity and Yale won the big race. Bunch of friends of Wallace Hutton went out to his new home of Forest Road and surprised him on his birthday, had a party and gave him a mirror. Our car is in the paint shop so Fulton Ferguson brought us home to Spring Glen.
