Wednesday May 19 Annual meeting of Calvary Baptist Church. Picnic supper at Church. I ate with Violettes family and Mr and Mrs John Houston, Martha and Miss Houston. Our financial report was the best in years. Howard Palmer retiring Chairman of the Board of Trustees has done of a whale of a job. Went down to the Armory to Gray Grannis Medal Drill. Big crowd there. Very fine drill. Home on trolly car, our auto in the paint shop.
