Monday May 24 Rose bright and early. Alfred Grant drove in to the store and then took Sarah on to Mount Vernon where she took her train for New York, while he crossed over into New Jersey. T.P.H. took Jane Ankenny in later and put her on the train for Wellesley and Pine Manor School. Had lunch at Quinnipiac Club with Harry Warner. We discussed the coming anniversary of the Border Company of the Grays. Up to Calvary Church to supper. Annual meeting of Tripple M. class. Mr Spencer teacher Harold Gourir President, presided. I spoke to the boys about the service they could render the School. Back to Chapel Street store and priced some pictures for the sale.
