T.P.H. took me into the store this morning and we stopped at Myers Flower shop and had a floral tribute sent out to Mrs Clark (Franklins mother) for the funeral of her mother Mrs Somers. She was buried this afternoon. T.P.H., Sarah, and I went out to the Bowl to the football game. The final score Yale 19 Georgia 0. It was a fine game. Georgia had a fine, big, strong team and gave Yale a hard game. Mother and Sarah had to leave at 4-30 to catch Sally's train for New York at 5 P.M. Holy Cross won from Harvard 19 to 14 and St. Louis Nationals won from New York Americans 10 to 2. This was the sixth game of the World Series. Each team now have won three games.
