Wednesday Sept 8 Beautiful day today. Cool and clear. T.P.H. took me in this morning. Harly left for the Springfield Store. Had lunch at Taft Hotel with Mr Bacon of Billings Chapin Co Cleveland Ohio. Helped Larry Munson select some greeting Cards of Holrues line. Went to Chamber of Commerce Hall for committee meeting of group who are arranging for the reception of a group of men from Harrisburg Penns on next Tuesday. At the session of the League of Nations being held at Geneva, today. Germany was voted in as a Member of the League. France Belgium and England all voting favorably.
