Thursday Sept 16 Left for Springfield store with Harley. Drove our Packard. Had lunch in Springfield at Hotel Kimball. I called on the Douglas Law Co also on Mr Silliman and Mr Keleher at the Highland Paint and Wall Paper Co. Had dinner at the Kimball, then drove over to Westfield to the Bryan Hardware Co. Mr Shaffer, Mr Fitch went over with us. Had a store meeting there, giving instruction on Atlas Paint and Paint Products. Spent the night at the Hotel Kimbal in Springfield.
