Friday Sept 24 Still raining. This was to have been our second day "At Home" at our York Street show rooms the "house beautiful". We had quite a few in however. Had supper downtown then went over to the Calvary Church House to a Pastors Cabinet meeting. It was a fine meeting and every one showed a fine spirit. Ruth (Curtiss) and Howard Donovan arrived home today from South America where they have been for a little over two years. Howard being Consul at Rio Janero and later at Bahai.
