Tuesday, April 12, 1927 Rotary day today. The club attended church in a body at Trinity P.E. Church on the green. Prof. William Lyon Phelps was the preacher. He had a fine sermon. The club members went from the church to the Taft for luncheon. Store meeting held tonight at York Street assembly rooms. Mr. Hall, Mr. Shaffer, Mr. Treat, Mr. Fitch, and Mr. Spaulding each spoke on some form of sales service. Harley and I summed up their talks. A mighty good and interesting meeting. Annie K. Joslin, a life long member of Calvary Baptist Church died today. She had a shock Friday night last and never regained consciousness. We shall miss her very much.
