Friday, April 22, 1927 Luncheon at Quinnipiac Club. Just been advised that I have been elected to the Board of Governors of the Quinnipiac Club to serve three years. Took T.P.H. to Shubert Theatre to see Young Woodleigh. This was sort of a anniversary celebration. Our twenty eighth anniversary was Monday last but there was nothing on at the Shubert worth while so waited for this. We enjoyed it immensely. Sarah went from New York down to Lafayette College to the Spring parties.
