We had our daily thunder shower about noon. Harley and family left for their vacation, going to Winchendon, Mass. to a camp on the lake. Will be gone till September first if nothing prevents. Mr. Chamberlain and I worked all afternoon on top floor selecting the new line of wall paper. Store closed at one o'clock. Four people came down from New London to buy wall paper Mr. Chamberlain showed them. Home all the evening.
