Wednesday, August 24, 1927
Rain cleared off about noon and we saw the sun for the first time in many days. We had Mr. and Mrs. R.M. Hall, our customers in New Britain, come down tonight and T.P.H. and I took them down to Savin Rock to Wilcox's to dinner. After dinner, we walked around and saw the sights.
