Tuesday, August 30, 1927 Clear today for a wonder. George Hanbury at the store today going over the Robert T. Hobbs line of Wall Paper. I took him to Rotary with me. We had a musical program and as he is fond of music, he enjoyed it very much. Worked at the store all evening, then went down to the armory on Meadow Street and mailed out the Grays announcements for the 111th anniversary. Lou Hedges took me out home in his essex.
