Thursday, December 8, 1927 At Springfield, Mass. Breakfast at 8 a.m. at Kimball Hotel with Mr. Skeen, Mr. Whiteway, and Mr. McCormack. Meeting this mroning up in our room No. 606 with Mr. Skeen, Mr. Shaffer, Mr. Fitch, and Myer Goldstein present also Harley and myself. Mr. Skeen gave us all a fine talk on salesmenship and results. It was most helpful. This afternoon, we had a gathering of the dealers of this territory in our display room, #752. We had 12 dealers, 3 Wetherill's men, 5 Hodges. Meeting rbought out future possibility of paint sales. Tonight, we gave a dinner at the Kimball Hotel to our dealers and had in attendance 23 dealers, 3 Wetherill and 5 Hodges representatives. Good talks, good music, good singing, and a very good dinner. We think the meetings at both cities will be of great value to us in increased sales.
