Friday, December 16, 1927 Raining again this morning. Freezing as it fell. I had to put chains on the car before we could drive out of the yard. Rained hard all day, turned to snow tonight as the wind grows colder. Sarah went to New York this noon to take back some costumes from the Yale Drama School. I drove over to Ansonia today with Mr. Chamberlain. Called on Morris Yans Co. to advise him regarding rearranging of his store and new additions. Committee meeting of Rotary at President Don North's house on a new street Marshall Road near Lake Whitney. We conferred regarding the appointment of a new secretary vice Tom Clark resigning.
