A beautiful day, clear and cold. Put up the evergreen roping and Christmas wreaths at the house this morning. T.P.H. took me in to Church. Had a flat tire on the way. We had our, "White Gift" service at noon in the church school room at Calvary. The classes brought many useful things, which were to be sent to the City Mission for distribution. We received $157.00 as the first offering toward our Near East Relief offering. Doris Glaenzer brought Sally up from New York this morning in her "Shev". T.P.H., Sarah, and I drove up to Wethersfield for dinner with Aletha and Larry Stone. It was a beautiful day. Nancy is a wonderful baby. She is now walking.
