Wednesday, December 28, 1927 Another beautiful day, clear as a bell. Cold this morning but mild when the sun came up. Harley still ill at home with bad throat. Been there since Saturday afternoon. Had lunch at Quinnipiac Club. Had supper in town and then went over to Calvary Church to our Christmas pageant. It was given up in the church with the new lighting effects. It was very lovely.
