Drove over to New London with Ray Hall to attend the Convention of Connecticut Master Painters. It was a wonderful ride after the snow storms of yesterday. The day was clear and cold. Ten degrees above zero. The state highway department had scraped the roads during the night and made traveling most perfect. Convention sessions held morning and afternoon with a smoker at night. Called on Bol Chandler who has an office in New London.
