Friday, January 21, 1927 Busy most all day at the Progress Exposition Building getting ready for the opening next week. Rain nearly all day fast melting the heavy coating of ice on the roads. Attended the minstrel show of the New Haven Grays tonight. Held in Drecht Lodge Hall on Crown Street. Mighty good show.
