Thursday, July 7, 1927 Sarah received a letter from Miss Katherine Jewell Evarts asking her to come to Camp Arden, Brattleboro, Vermont and help her with her drama camp. She has accepted and will go up Sunday. It was all so sudden but she is pleased with the opportunity. T.P.H. and Sarah drove over to East River this afternoon so that Sally could have a salt water swim before going up to Vermont. We had dinner at home.
