Wednesday, July 13, 1927 Very, very hot. Thermometer on the corner of Church and Chapel Streets was 95° at three o'clock this afternoon. Lunch at Quinnipiac Club. Mrs. Newell and Muriel from Springfield had lunch and spent the afternoon at "Glendean" en route to Saybrook to spend the night. Had a letter from Sarah at Camp Arden, Brattleboro, Vermont today. She is getting down to work and is very happy. [Prev](1927_07_12.md) - [Next](1927_07_14.md) <img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/d/1U8yKwlo9bhNhZTMrTVwIyZdWnXOJZhOJ">
