Slept late. After breakfast, spent some time pulling weeds from our dahlia patch. Quite cool this morning after the rain of last night. The rain was needed in the vicinity as crops were getting dry. Worked again to day on the Grays Annual Meeting notices and drove into town tonight and mailed all those that go out of town. Richmond will mail the city list tomorrow. T.P.H. and I have been alone all day. Seems so quiet without Sally.
