Thursday, June 2, 1927 Lunch at Quinnipiac Club with Harvey Raller of the R.E. Thibaut Co. Herman Wahlers and Mr. Andrews of the N.H. W.P. Co. regarding closing our stores during the summer months. Mr. Chamberlain and I went up to St. Raphael's Hospital to see George Hyde, one of our men who was operated for rupture. Home to dinner then planted beans in the garden white. T.P.H. and Sarah went to Center Church House to hear Lois sing with the church choir in a recital.
