Friday, June 17, 1927 Sarah and I drove to Springfield store and back. Had luncheon at Hotel Kimball. Sally called on Muriel Newell while I attended to business. Muriel is looking much better. Had dinner at home. Sarah and T.P.H. went to Yale Theatre to see the Yale Dramat put on "Corolinus". Sister Violette and I went to Woolsey Hall to the graduation of the Commercial High School. Baron Manookian, a young friend, sent us the tickets. She was honor pupil and had an essay she did. It was so well.
