Friday, June 24, 1927 Yale-Harvard Regatta day at New London. T.P.H., Sarah, and Muriel Newell drove over. Newcomb Bassett went with them. Yale won the second varsity race also the freshman race this morning. But Harvard won the varsity race this evening by about a half length. The freshman race was very fast, Yale winning in 9-18, which is twenty seconds below the record for the two mile course.
