Friday, March 11, 1927 In Westfield, Mass. Spent the night at the Park Square Hotel. Mr. Shaffer, manager of the Springfield store, called for me and we spent the morning with Mr. Pomeroy of the Bryan Hardware Co. on the proposition of a Wall Paper stock. Called on some other customers then drove over to Springfield. Had lunch and worked till time to take 4-08 train to New Haven. T.P.H. met me with the Packard.
