Lunch at Quinnipiac Club. Supper in town and worked at the York Street office on Wall Paper records. T.P.H. came in for me at ten-thirty with the Packard. We had a letter today from Alfred Grant at Woodsville, New Hampshire. He says his father is not at all well and they are thinking of selling their flooring mill and leave Woodsville. I guess things have been pretty gloomy since his mother died. Alfred wants to study architecture. Hope he might.
