Monday, March 21, 1927 Rained hard all day with a cold wind. Quite a change from the mild days of the past week. Sarah and Peggy Glass stayed over and went down to New York this afternoon. Had dinner at home then spent the evening working on my speech that I am to give at the Meriden Rotary Club tomorrow noon.
