Tuesday, May 24, 1927 Rotary luncheon at Hotel Taft today. The New Haven Baseball Team were our guests. We were to be their guests at the game this afternoon but it rained too hard to play. We have had continuous rains now for several days. Our new lot back of the house is a lake. Captain Lindbergh continues to be the idol of Paris. He has so far maintained a fine boyish attitude that the greatest of honors and attentions has not spoiled.
