Saturday, October 29, 1927 Another glorious day for the game. Dartmouth played Yale today in the Bowl and Yale won 19 to 0. This was unexpected by us all as we thought surely that Dartmouth would score if not win. A boy named Marsters, on halfback, and Armstrong, right tackle, (son of Ralph Armstrong of New Haven) played a great game for Dartmouth. Yale with Capt. Webster, Caldwell, Garvey, Charlesworth, and others were far to strong. Yale admitted 800 boys here for the conference free of charge, much to their enjoyment. The big banquet of the Older Boys Conference was held in the armory tonight. 800 boys and leaders sat down.
