Wednesday, September 14, 1927 Quite busy at the store. Had luncheon at Quinnipiac Club. Sarah called for me to night at six and we came out home to dinner. I went back to the office and worked till ten o'clock. Yale football players came back to New Haven today. Practice begins tomorrow for the 1927 season.
