Sunday, September 25, 1927 We set our clocks and watches back one hour last night ending "Daylight Saving Time" for this year and going back to Standard Time. We gained an hour for sleep this morning which was very welcome. Sally took me in to Calvary Church and school then came back to "Glendean" for her mother and the both attended St. Paul's Church. Sally coming in again for me at the close of church school session. We held our Rally Day service at noon down stairs. It had been arranged by mrs. Palmer and was a very wonderful program. we had an attendance of 425, which is the largest Rally Day attendance we have ever had and only passed twice all last year.
