Monday, April 9, 1928 Sharp and chilly wind blowing. Winter lingering in the lap of Spring. Dorothy Ladd and Eleanor Effler, Pine Manor friends of Sarah's, came today to stay over night. T.P.H. and I went to Woolsey Hall to hear the New Haven University Glee Club sing. It was a marvelous concert. We took Mary Francis and Dorothy of the Drama School. I delivered the flowers used in church yesterday to the sick and shut in of the church.
