Monday, April 16, 1928 Very cold this morning. The fountain at the Spring Glen Club all frozen. Harley and I drove to Meriden to help our customer Harry M. Chittenden select a new store as he has to move from the old one. Back in New Haven for lunch. At supper in town. Worked till eight o'clock then went down to Quinnipiac Club for the annual meeting. Mr. George Berger was reelected president. A musical entertainment followed and refreshments were served.
