Went into the office early and cleared my desk. Then Jim Thiving called for me with his Packard Car and we drove to Waterbury to the Spring conference of the thirtieth Rotary District. The meetings were held at the Hotel Elton and Temple Hall. Began with luncheon this noon. Round table meetings this afternoon and the big dinner tonight. Norman Black of Fargo, North Dakota was the representative from Rotary International with us. He is a member of the Board of Directors of R.I. Governor of the Thirtieth District, Allen Bagg, presided.
