Thursday, April 26, 1928 Drove to Springfield store today. Used Harley's Packard. Our's has a broken spring. Went up by the College Highway. Had a flat tire just beyond Granby. Stopped in Westfield for lunch and dressed the Wall Paper windows for the Bryan Hardware Co. then went on to the Springfield store. Called at the Highland Paint and Wall Paper Co. to see Ross Silliman socially. Drove home. Had dinner at home then over to the Spring Glen Club to a Governors Board Meeting.
