Monday, August 20, 1928 Clear and cool and lovely. Worked all day on Wall Paper selections for the 1929 line. Getting along very nicely. T.P.H. called for me at six with the car and we came out home to dinner. We had Golden Bantam Corn from our garden. The first of the year from our own crop. It tasted mighty fine.
