Monday, December 10, 1928 Lovely day. Mr. Chamberlain went down to New York on the 9-40 train. Had lunch in the Grand Central Station then walked up to 48 West 48th St. to the W.H.S. Lloyd Co. We had a conference with Mr. Lloyd, Mr. Dauler, and Mr. Dunn. We caught the five o'clock back home. I went back to the store, got off my mail, then went down to the Quinnipiack Club to a Board of Governors Meeting. Afterwards, caught the nine o'clock car for home.
